Doğuş University admits international students into a foreign-student quota. Its admission-requirements page says applicants must be high-school seniors or graduates and fall into one of the listed nationality categories (foreign nationals, former Turkish citizens with a renunciation certificate, dual nationals who were foreign by birth, Turkish nationals who finished high school abroad outside the TRNC, and TRNC nationals holding GCE AL results). Applications are made online through the university portal, and the page states candidates are informed of the evaluation result within two weeks of the application date provided all documents have been uploaded. The same page states that under Council of Higher Education rules only a Fall-term intake is available for bachelor's degree programmes.
